For the recipe:
Almonds – 1 portion (40 g)
Walnuts – 1 portion (40 g)
Hazelnuts – 1 portion (40 g)
Pistachios – 1 portion (40 g)
Pumpkin Seeds – 1.5 portion (100 g)
Flaxseed – 1.5 portion (100 g)
Sunflower seeds – 2 portion (120 g)
Sesame seeds – 1.5 dl. (90 g)
Salt – 2 teaspoons
Baking powder – 2 teaspoon
Psillium (flour) – 2 tsp (you can also bran, but then a little more)
Olive oil – 1 portion (100 ml)
Eggs – 6 pcs.
Apple cider vinegar – 0.5 portion (50 ml)
For the topping:
Pumpkin seeds – 2 tbsp.
Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees.
Chop up all the nuts.
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add eggs, olive oil, vinegar to this mixture and mix everything thoroughly. Let the dough stand for 5 minutes.
Take a special form for baking bread and evenly distribute the dough into it. Sprinkle the top with pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds.
Put the mold in the oven preheated to 150 degrees and bake for 1 hour.
Bread is very good in freshly baked condition. Then it can be stored in the refrigerator in a closed plastic container for several days.
Before serving, you can slightly warm the bread in the oven, but in the cold, it is also very good.
PS. 1 portion = 100 ml, if there is no measure at hand, then this is about half a glass.
