About the ingredients:
Soluble corn fiber
Soluble corn fiber is created by converting pure glucose from non-GMO corn to indigestible ingredients through a process called enzymatic hydrolysis. Soluble corn fiber is used in foods to increase fiber intake and replace sugar.
Studies show that soluble corn fiber has the same health benefits as dietary fiber from grains, vegetables, fruits, and legumes. Soluble corn fiber can improve bowel health and has a prebiotic function. In addition, it helps control blood sugar levels and improves bone formation by enhancing calcium absorption.

Sorbitol
Sorbitol is a sugar alcohol with a GI of about 9. We use sorbitol in SukrinSirup to create a better taste and consistency, since using pure erythritol (Sukrin) will crystallize the syrup.
Erythritol
Erythritol (Sukrin) is a calorie-free sugar alcohol with a GI of 0. Erythritol is produced in a natural way by fermentation and does not contain artificial additives. Learn more about HYPERLINK erythritol “https://lchf.ru/4146” here.
Steviol glycosides
Steviol glycosides are extracted from the leaves of the stevia plant and are a concentrate 250-300 times sweeter than sugar.
Molasses
Molasses is the product of what remains when sugar is extracted from sugarcane or sugar beets. We use a small amount of molasses to round out the taste of Sukrin Gold Syrup.
Salt
We use a small amount of salt to balance the taste in the syrup.
Produced by Funksjonell Mat (Norway).
