May we offer you a velvety soft, airy and easy-to-make chocolate mousse – with no added sugar? Sukrin Chocolate mousse is the perfect option when you’re looking for a delicious dessert that’s good for your health, too. The mousse is naturally sweetened with Sukrin and stevia, so you can enjoy yourself completely guilt-free.
Sweeteners (erythritol, steviol glycosides), whipping agent (glucose, coconut oil, emulsifier: lactic acid esters of mono- and
diglycerides of fatty acids, milk protein, stabiliser: sodium alginate), inulin (chicory root fibre), fat-reduced cocoa (15%), thickener: acetylated distarch adipate, flavourings, salt.
Sukrin Chocolate mousse is heaven as cake filling. Mix with 2 dl of double cream, and you’ll get a consistency similar to buttercream.
You can also prepare the mousse as ice cream. We recommend you use 1,5 dl full cream milk, whisk at full speed for about 3 minutes, then freeze for approx. 4 hours. The mousse Sukrin Chocolate provides 4 portions.
