We need:
Almond flour – 150 g
Sukrin – 1.5 dl (135 g) or Sukrin: 1 / Sukrin Gold 30% less
Eggs – 4 pcs.
Yolks – 4 pcs.
Whipping cream – 300 ml
Orange – 1-2 pcs.
Salt – a pinch
Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
Beat the eggs, yolks and sucrin well – about 3 minutes with an electric mixer – until a frothy mass is obtained. Add almond flour, cream, salt and stir until smooth. Let the dough stand for 5 minutes.
Place the dough in a baking pan. If you are using a mold with removable edges, then you should put baking paper on the bottom or grease the mold with coconut or butter. Small baking dishes can be used. The dough should be 1.5 cm thick.
Peel the oranges, cut into slices and place on the dough.
Bake for 20-30 minutes at 175 degrees.
